* Please be aware that during collection launches or sale periods, it may take longer to prepare and delivery your order.
CUSTOMS
Please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination.
These fees must be paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or control the amount imposed upon delivery as the customs regulations vary from country to country.
Archive Sale:
- Please note we will not accept returns for refund on Archive Sale orders.
- If you wish to return a part or the full order, we will offer you an exchange of the same value, or a credit note that can be used up to a period of 1 year.
- Return costs of archive sales and subsequent shipping of replacement items fall on the customer, 1/OFF will not be responsible for any shipments sent without tracking.
- We can only offer exchanges and credit for items we receive back to our HQ.
End of Season Sale - December 2025:
- Fast shipping via DHL Express: Orders placed now until Tuesday 23rd December will be shipped with express delivery.
- Standard shipping updates: Orders placed 24th–29th December will be shipped on 29th December. Normal shipping and fulfilment resumes after that (on business days).
- Amsterdam locals: Pick up your order for free at our studio until Tuesday 23rd December in time for Christmas or on December 29th in time for New Year's Eve.
