Refund policy

To return or exchange items:

Please email customersupport@1offparis.com to communicate the return, the costs for the return are for the customer. Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Items to return must be in perfect condition, with tags still attached. We do not pay for additional customer tax.

Please follow the below instructions to return your item:

  1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or use an alternative solid packaging method.
  2. Close securely.
  3. Take the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the items with track & trace.

Archive Sale:

  • Please note we will not accept returns for refund on Archive Sale orders.
  • Please note that there may be minor marks or snags on these pieces. The condition of the item has been reflected in the pricing. We will not provide any further discounts for damages upon receipt if your goods.
  • If you wish to return a part or the full order, we will offer you an exchange of the same value, or a credit note that can be used up to a period of 1 year.
  • Return costs of archive sales and subsequent shipping of replacement items fall on the customer, 1/OFF will not be responsible for any shipments sent without tracking.
  • We can only offer exchanges and credit for items we receive back to our HQ.
